Thermal fogging is the process to spray the fog created using a mixture of insecticide and water (as carrier) using a thermal fogger machine to reduce the adult flying insects such as mosquitoes. Thermal fogging is water-based fogging and should only be carried out by trained pest control experts. It has low risk of adverse health effects on people who are occasionally exposed to the fog. However, it is advisable for the public to stay away or stay inside the premises during fogging.
